Our sweet baby L had surgery today to remove a tumor. Over the summer, she got a spot on her arm that looked like a bug bite, but it kept growing. I took her to the pediatrician and they thought it was a cyst. They sent us to see an orthopedic surgeon in Atlanta who determined that it was a tumor. We went to CHOA for the surgery. Baby girl came through surgery very well and the doctor believes that the tumor will be benign. They sent it off to pathology and we should have the results within the next few days. Please keep our sweet baby in your prayers.
Big brother came along to cheer her on!
