Grape desert salad
Ingredients
4 pounds of seedless grapes (I cut my grapes in half)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 ounces chopped pecans, or walnuts (If you like nuts)
2 level tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in grapes, mixing until evenly distributed. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving (best if you let it set atleast an hour or two).
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart;and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him,and he will direct thy paths. ~Proverbs 3:5-6
We love the grape salad recipe, I usually use three different colors of grapes, and sprinkle the top with a touch of brown sugar to garnish. Haven't tried the first recipe, but it looks great. Have a Blessed day.
