It's Snowing!!!!!!

(In the pic we had 4 1/2 but as of 12:28 we have 5)

We have 5 inches so far. The snow started coming down about 4 hours ago and according to the weather service we have more on the way and at least two days of this stuff and then after this passes we have another system coming in. 

Later tonight this is suppose to change over to freezing rain and sleet. We are just crossing our fingers that we don't loose power like we did with the last ice storm. We love snow but we hate ice.

I'm glad to have my kids here. They are all camped out in the living room by the fireplace. We've all been laughing and talking and sharing old memories. It's funny how a snowy night can make the best family nights:)

Here is a pic of pretty much how it's been all evening. This pic cracked me up. It's Jacob & my son-in-law Corey hanging out at the window. They are two peas in a pod. They can't wait for it to get daylight so they can get outside to play. Our neighbors made 3 sleds and we are going to play in their field tomorrow.
