AWANAS Closing Night...

Last night, was the last night of AWANAS for my kiddos. It was such a sweet night and I am so sad to see it end. I don't even have the words to express what each and every one of the people in these pictures mean to me. I had wanted my kids to be a part of the AWANAS program for some time but I didn't know any churches that had it anymore. Then I saw on facebook that a local church did but they had already started. I reached out to see if it was ok if I joined them. We started a little late, we didn't know a single person there, but they welcomed us with open arms. I had never felt so welcome and loved. They adapted everything for Blaze so that he too could be a part of the program. Every single worker poured their heart and time into these kids and I got to set back and watch it all. It was by far one of the best things that I've done with my kids. They grew so much in God's Word and had such a great time doing it. We made so many new friends and some now feel more like family to us. It truly was a blessing!
