This is one of my new favorite recipes!
Ingredients...
1.5 lb beef strips (thinly sliced round steaks, cut into strips)
1/2 bottle of oyster sauce (To marinate meat)
1 green bell pepper, cut into thick slices
1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions...
Place the marinated beef strips, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and sliced onion in a large skillet on medium heat.
Sprinkle garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, and brown sugar over the beef and peppers.
Pour soy sauce over the beef and peppers.
Pour the beef broth over the beef and vegetables.
Stir everything to combine. Cook until the meat is done and veggies are soft.
Serve the Chinese Pepper Steak over rice or noodles.
