Mama's Easy Chili...





This is my version of chili. 
It's a mild none spicy version but you can always add the heat.

1 large crock pot

1-  small pack of ground beef (as little or more as you want)
1 medium chopped onion
2- 28 oz cans of tomatoes
3- 10 oz cans of tomatoes with diced chilis (mild) or you can do the medium or hot if you want heat.
3- 16 oz cans of chili beans (I like using chili beans because they already have a chili flavor.)
3 tsp of chili seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt of garlic powder (for less salt)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Cook the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet until done.
Drain the grease from the meat and pour the meat and cooked onions into a large crock pot.
Add all other ingredients to the crock pot and stir well. 
Let it cook in the crock pot for an hour and then turn down on warm to keep it heated until ready to serve.


*Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, hot sauce, crackers, corn bread, sliced peppers, or what ever else you might like with your chili. Enjoy!
