All her life, Katie has loved horses. From the time she was little, she begged us for a horse. She even asked us for one for Christmas,almost every year. She couldn't understand when she was little ,that we couldn't keep a horse in a dog sized pen ,nor did we have room to have a horse's pen on our property.
Recently,she met a lady that lives in our community that has horses. She's a single lonely older lady and her & Katie have become close friends.
Katie enjoys going over there and helping her to feed & take care of her animals and Katie has been a blessing to this lady by helping her with the animals & by giving her company.
