Sorry for my lack of updates...

Life has been so busy for me lately. I've not had much time to go online as I'd like.

Here is a bit of an update...
Between doctor visits, DFCS visits, school, church, etc...we have been super busy.

We went into Revival this week and it is awesome! It wasn't planned. The pastor felt that God was leading us into revival and so he called for it. We had one saved on Sunday and that was awesome! It was a young man that grew up next door to us. He is a friend to my kids. So we are all thrilled.

This week also brought sadness as we lost a dear friend and member of our church family. So please keep the Miller family in your prayers.
Today we had a spectrum specialist come out to do a home evaluation on our family. She seemed very pleased with us and felt that the baby was doing even better than she expected. This made me feel realy good ,because I wasn't sure what to expect from this lady and I've been really nervous about this day. This day could be an important day in the baby's life and future. She was here no more than 15 minutes and she felt she learned all she needed to know.

As for the rest of the week...

I have a couple more appointments for the baby. I also plan to try to attend revival everynight.

Well, I guess I should go. I hear my little peanut crying.

Is it really September?!?

Wow! Where did August go?????? I can't believe it is September already. This year is flying by for me.

School is starting this week and I imagine it will be a bit hard to start with, because we will be working with Georgia virtual academy this year and I have no idea what I'm doing. I guess I'll learn as I go...just like I did when I first started homeschooling.

These last 2 weeks have been very exciting having a new baby in the house,but so busy for me. I've taken her to three doctor appointments and 2 DFCS visits this week. This coming week will be about the same. She is doing really good. She now weighs 6 pounds. She already knows my voice and she looks for me when I'm talking. She loves to cuddle and she getting spoiled already:) She is a doll baby and so precious.

My FIL is suppose to be coming and spending this week with us. He will be starting work on our new room. It will be a playroom/foster kid's room. I can't wait to get it complete.
Well, I'm gonna run along and try to get motivated.
