Today I got to babysit my sweet Noa Reeve

for the very first time and as you

 can tell we sure are having

 a good time together. 

She is such an easy going baby.

She has to learn to breathe, swallow, and suck

without getting choked

before she can come home. 

He waited a looooong time to be a big brother.

He has prayed and prayed for a sibling.

Fajitas...

Fajitas Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients  

1 tablespoon chili powder 

2 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon granulated sugar 

½ teaspoon salt 

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fajitas Ingredients 

1 pound of meat

2 medium sweet onions

2 bell peppers (I like the red, yellow, or orange ones best for this recipe)

2 tbsp seasoning (or more to taste)

Instructions 

1. In a small bowl combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt pepper, and cayenne pepper, and whisk together.
2. To use fajita seasoning, combine the 1 pound of meat, peppers, onions and 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix (or more to taste).
3. Grill or cook the meat, onion and peppers in a cast iron skillet.
4. Serve with rice, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, tortillas, chips or what ever you like. Fajitas is one of my all time favorite meals.

She arrived September 9th at 5:28pm

She weighed 4lb 7oz and is 18.5 inches long

She is for sure a miracle baby

 and we are so thankful

 that she is finally here!

She was welcomed by

 her BIG brother Carter!

Due to being a 33 weeker 

she will be in the NICU for a little while

but she is doing great!

Back to school...

I blinked and summer break was over.

I now have a 2nd, 3rd, 4th. and 7th grader.

My babies are growing up way to fast.

I sure hated for summer break to end because

I have loved having them

home with me. I hope this will

be their best year yet!
