One Fun Busy Day...

What a fun, fun day!
It was a day that our children will never forget.
Our county sure made us foster
families feel special.

Today we...
Had breakfast with Santa
compliments of Martins and our county Ruritans.
The kids played games and bowled
at Stars and Strikes.
We got Santa pics made at no cost.
The kids got secret Santa
 gifts (to open on Christmas)
They got to go to the Santa gift shop to
 shop for their foster families.
We got to enjoy a free desert and cookie break.
We got professional pics made
at two locations (pics coming soon).
The kids played in moon walks,
 played free games,
got their faces painted, played with
clowns, got balloons, and had a blast with elves
at West Ridge.
They got new clothes from clothes corner.
Picked out new books from the book wagon.
We even got free flu shots compliments
of Walgreens (Me only. The kids had already gotten theirs).
We also got coupons from Kohls.
It was an adventure through winter wonderland.
Our county spoiled us this year.
We had the best time EVER!

We are so very thankful for the kindness.

Bowling at Stars & Strikes

How blessed I was today.
Mittie had it all set up.
She had chosen me two *sweet*  elves to
help me with all the festivities that we had planned.
Our elves were two volunteers from our
local highschool who are planning to go
to college
to be special ED teachers...
That's why they were chosen to spend the day with us.
( I foster special needs children.)
What a blessing to have them along to help make
this day special for all of my kids.
I couldn't have done it without them.
